Joseph A. Kuchinski
Since 1980 Attorney Joseph A. Kuchinski has helped hundreds of people save their homes from foreclosure with Chapter 13 payment plans, and hundreds more have eliminated burdensome debts with his experienced guidance through the Chapter 7 bankruptcy process.
Although Bankruptcy Law is his primary area of practice, he also has extensive experience with real estate closings, sales and refinancing. His experience includes representing buyers, sellers and lenders.
He attended Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts and graduated with a J.D. (Juris Doctor), Cum Laude.
Presently he is admitted to practice law before all state and federal courts in Massachusetts.
